Fly ash is fine ash collected from the flue gas after coal combustion. Fly ash is the main solid waste discharged from coal-fired power plants. The toxic chemicals in it can also cause harm to humans and organisms.

Fly ash is a volcanic ash-like mixed material formed by burning pulverized coal at high temperature. The chemical composition of fly ash is similar to clay. It is mainly used to produce fly ash cement, fly ash bricks, fly ash silicate blocks, fly ash aerated concrete and other building materials. It can also be used as an agricultural fertilizer and soil amendment.

Fly ash separation system

This system is a single-point feeding closed-circuit pneumatic sorting system with negative pressure.The fly ash from the original ash storage enters the negative pressure pipeline of the sorting system through the variable frequency electric air lock.The solid two phase flow of syngas mixed with the negative pressure airflow inside the pipe enters the top of the coarse ash storage.

The selected coarse ash through the lower part of the electric air lock into the coarse ash library;Under the action of the negative pressure airflow, the fine ash passes through the separator and enters the efficient cyclone separator on the top of the fine ash library.The exhaust containing trace dust is returned to the original ash conveying pipe through the main return air duct of the wear-resisting high-pressure centrifugal fan, forming a closed cycle.A small part of the excess exhaust gas is discharged into the fine ash warehouse through the exhaust pipe and purified by the dust collector on the top of the warehouse.
